How MySpaza Network™ handles personal information used to operate the platform and its business-development programmes.
Information we may process
Depending on the service you use, this may include account and contact details, business profile and location information, municipality, compliance and assessment information, programme applications, uploaded documents, purchasing-profile information, support requests and transaction records.
Why we use information
- To create and administer accounts and programme participation.
- To provide the Growth Journey™, assessments, support and Store Upgrade processes.
- To identify appropriate municipal, training, supplier and funding-readiness interventions.
- To process requested transactions and provide customer support.
- To protect the platform, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
- To produce aggregated network intelligence that does not need to identify individual members.
Sharing
We do not make the member database publicly available. Information may be shared with service providers or programme partners where necessary for a requested service, where there is another lawful basis, or where required by law. Where a funding or third-party application requires identifiable information, the relevant disclosure and consent process should be presented to the member.
Security and retention
MySpaza™ uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the platform. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security or legitimate recordkeeping.
Your choices and requests
You may contact MySpaza™ to request assistance regarding access, correction, deletion where applicable, objection, marketing preferences or another privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained where law or legitimate operational requirements require it.
Marketing communications
Members can opt out of marketing email communications using the available unsubscribe mechanism. Essential service, security or transaction communications may still be sent where appropriate.

Effective: 22 August 2026. This policy is a platform-facing privacy notice and should be reviewed as new data-sharing or regulated financial products are introduced.
