MYSPAZA™ LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the MySpaza Network™ platform and its programmes. Product-specific terms may also apply.

Important: MySpaza™ facilitates business development and access to opportunities. Membership, assessments, plans or applications do not guarantee funding, finance, supplier benefits or programme selection.

1. Platform purpose

MySpaza Network™ is a business-development and market-integration platform focused primarily on South Africa's rural and township FMCG wholesale and retail ecosystem. It provides tools and programmes relating to membership, compliance, business assessment, training, Store Upgrade, business planning, supplier opportunities and potential funding readiness.

2. Registration and account information

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and keep material account information reasonably current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. MySpaza™ may reasonably verify information and may restrict accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in material breach of these terms.

3. Membership and Growth Journey

Registration does not create an entitlement to funding, equipment, stock, supplier discounts, Store Upgrade support or selection into a programme. Growth Journey completion is a readiness process and does not constitute funding approval.

4. Store Upgrade

Store Upgrade applications are subject to needs assessment, verification, programme criteria, capacity and available funding. Any stated maximum programme value is a potential ceiling, not a guaranteed award. Product, asset or installation terms may be governed by a separate quotation or agreement.

5. Funding and finance

MySpaza™ does not guarantee finance. Independent financiers, investors or programme partners may apply their own eligibility, affordability, due-diligence and approval criteria. Where regulated finance is offered, the relevant provider's agreement and applicable law govern that finance.

6. Business plans and assessments

Business plans, projections, scores and readiness tools are decision-support products. Users remain responsible for checking information before relying on or submitting it. A business plan or readiness score does not guarantee funding or future business performance.

7. Bulk Stocking and suppliers

Deal prices, discounts, stock and fulfilment may vary by supplier, geography, volume and availability. Deal-specific terms will be displayed where applicable. Supplier registration is not an endorsement or guarantee unless MySpaza™ expressly states otherwise.

8. Payments

For paid products, the price and material charges will be presented before confirmation. By confirming payment you authorise the applicable payment service provider to process the transaction. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, product-specific terms and applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

MySpaza™, Growth Journey™ and associated platform content, branding, software, designs and protected materials may not be copied, commercially exploited or represented as your own without permission, except where law permits.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, malicious access, unlawful transactions, unauthorised data harvesting, manipulation of applications or any unlawful purpose.

11. Personal information

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable South African law. Programme partners may receive information only where there is an appropriate lawful basis and required disclosures or consent.

12. Third-party services

Some products, finance, fulfilment or services may be supplied by independent third parties. Clearly disclosed third-party terms may apply in addition to these platform terms.

13. Availability and changes

MySpaza™ will use reasonable efforts to maintain the platform but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features and prospective programme terms may change as the network develops, without removing non-excludable consumer rights.

14. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unlawful activity or material breach. Any action will remain subject to applicable law.

15. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Complaints should first be submitted through MySpaza™ support so that they can be investigated and resolved where possible.

Effective: 22 August 2026. This website copy should be read with any product-specific quotation, finance agreement or supplier terms presented before a transaction.
